Open Roomix from the room QR, choose a service, and follow the request.

Scan the Roomix QR code in your room.

Enter the room PIN if the hotel requires it.

Choose the service or department you need.

Add request details, then submit.

Open My Requests to follow every status change.
Good to know
A request can be cancelled before work starts, depending on hotel policy.
